About CRIM

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is comprised of IT managers and specialists from various Québec SME and large corporations, universities and CRIM member organizations that are elected during the annual general meeting. An ex officio administrator position is reserved for CRIM’s funding agency, the Ministère de l'Économie, de la Science et de l'Innovation (MESI).
The Board of Directors consists of twelve members, plus two de facto observers:

- Frédérique-Myriam Villemure, Directrice – Soutien aux organisations, Secteur de l'innovation, MESI
And a special adviser : Mr Louis Rochette, Partner, Lavery, De Billy, Lawyers.

In 1984, he entered into a partnership with Philippe Gélinas to create a technology consulting company that became Proximi-T – and which was ultimately integrated into Cossette Communications in 2000.

By initiating continuous improvement projects, she quickly demonstrates her entrepreneurship spirit and is already leading mobilising projects. “It is my fundamental engineer spirt that constantly pushed me to question the current state of things and to dare to change the status quo. Pierre Dumouchel

Pierre Dumouchel

Director General, École de technologie supérieure

Pierre Dumouchel, born in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University, as well as a Master's and a Doctorate degree in Telecommunications from the Institut national de la recherche scientifique (INRS). He joined the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS) as a professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering in 1995, following which he transitioned to the Software and Information Technologies Engineering Department, which he helmed for nearly three years before his appointment as Director-General. He also founded and managed the Master's program in Information Technologies Engineering program from 2005 to 2011. He became ÉTS Director-General in February 2014.

André Manseau is Executive Advisor to the Director General, Télé-Université (TÉLUQ), and to the Vice-Rector Academic Affairs and Research, Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO). His main mandates are to support research development and implementation of joint university academic programs.  He has been Dean of Research, UQO, from 2008 to 2016, and Interim Vice-Rector, Academic Affairs and Research, UQO, in 2015-2016.
