President and CEO & co-founder of JMJ Aerospace and President of PARC

MarieChantal Chassé

This entrepreneur, holding a degree in Material Engineering with specialisation in Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship, starts her career in reputable large organisations such as IBM and Alcan. By initiating continuous improvement projects, she quickly demonstrates her entrepreneurship spirit and is already leading mobilising projects. “It is my fundamental engineer spirt that constantly pushed me to question the current state of things and to dare to change the status quo. By applying what I call the rule of 3: OSE – Observe, Systemize, Engage, I realised that we can aim high and reach our objectives, whatever the circumstances may be.”

At 30 years old, MarieChantal has the opportunity to become partner in a company specialised in outsourcing of technical resources in a sensitive and innovative sector, the aerospace industry. After the 9/11 turbulences, she founds JMJ Aerospace in Canada and acquires the entire American division.

She quickly observes the inefficacity of the resource outsourcing process, the companies managed them in silos. Accordingly, she initiates project PARC, Pairing Automation of Resources in Communities, and in 2012 she wins the 5th contest of mobilising projects launched by the Ministry of Economics, Science and Innovation (MESI). “This project of 3M$ has a global impact that surpasses our industry. PARC proposes the sharing of resources, whether human or material, by putting the human at the center of the solution, due to a systematic innovative process.”

In 2013, she therefore starts the initiative PARC, deploying it on an intelligent digital platform, CervoLabMC, based on an innovative business model that takes into account the concerns of the private sector, the public sector as well as the collective, building on the principles of the sharing economy in an organisational context.

Certified Corporate Director from the institute of Corporate Directors, business leader of nearly 20 years, she is always concerned with the wellbeing of her community, bringing dynamism and insight to all the board of directors she accompanies. Mother at the head of a family of five girls, MarieChantal is well aware of the challenges of today and she addresses them with her scientific spirit, entrepreneurial dynamism and her social sensitivity.
