An organisation’s management philosophy is defined as the set of common values espoused by its
members.
Based on feedback from CRIM’s employees, four core values were identified. They relate to our
interactions with people (internal as well as external), services, technology and the
organisation.
Four core values
-
Respect, in the manner that an individual understands, defines and intuits it
-
Team spirit, seen as a way to create productive and rewarding synergies, on both
the professional and personal levels
-
Creativity, the ability to imagine that which does not exist and inspires each of
us to transcend and be innovative
-
Transparency, which encompasses trust and equality and promotes open and effective
communication
