Gilles Boulianne has over 14 years experience in the speech recognition and speech synthesis field. While at INRS Telecommunications, he studied the complexities of very large vocabulary speech recognition.

Since joining CRIM, his areas of focus have included transducer-based search techniques aimed at accelerating system operation and/or increasing the size of the vocabulary of the CRIM speech recognition system.
