Sacha Leprêtre joined the team in 2007. He completed his DEA (diploma of advanced studies;
Master’s equivalency) in image and signal processing at École Nationale Supérieure de
l'Électronique et de ses Applications à Cergy-Pontoise (France) in 1997. Following this, he
completed three years of doctoral studies in the same field at Laboratoire ETIS.
For six years, Sacha Leprêtre work as a Development Project Leader with Centre de Recherche et
Développement DATOPS (France), the European leader in automatic information intelligence (capture
of text articles and audio/video feeds, as well as content indexation and analysis). As project
supervisor, Sacha was responsible for the VOXIS voice recognition project, whose objective was to
expand retrieval and analysis capabilities on textual content as well as radio and television based
information feeds.
His main interests include software and/or technical architectures, as well as research concepts
and their industrialisation.
