Vishwa Gupta is part of the CRIM Speech and Text team since 2005. He has been active in speech recognition for broadcast news and shows, speaker diarization for both broadcast and telephone audio, keyword spotting for call center applications, speech/music/noise discrimination for broadcast audio, content-based audio/video copy detection, and automated advertisement detection.
