Registration Policy for CRIM's IT training and transfer Centre
- As soon as we receive your registration form, we will confirm your registration by email, fax
or telephone.
- Fees must be paid in full upon receipt of invoice. They include breakfast, coffee breaks and
training materials. GST and PST are not included. VISA, Master Card and AMEX credit cards are
accepted.
- We encourage you register as soon as possible since spaces are limited. The regular schedule is
9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except when otherwise indicated. Arrival and continental breakfast start at
8:30 a.m.
Registration
CRIM reserves the right to change course schedules or cancel a presentation. The courses,
syllabus, fees and dates are subject to change without warning. In the case of cancellation, CRIM's
responsibility is limited to the course registration fees.
At CRIM membership expiration, member credits cannot be transferred to the following year. This
includes course cancellations or postponement, for any reason.
Cancellation
Courses may be transferred to other participants at no charge. However they must be confirmed as
quickly as possible. All cancellations must be received by us in writing (email or fax), at the
latest, five business days before the course begins. Notifications after this date will be charged
administrative fees of 25%. Missed classes are not reimbursable.
Preferential rates
For CRIM members
CRIM members benefit from preferential
rates on all CRIM services. This amounts to a 20% discount on all services. Moreover, credits
equivalent to the amount of the fee paid are applicable to 50% of all CRIM's projects or
services (except hall rentals).
For employees of certain organisations
- Federal, provincial or municipal ministries and governmental organisations
- Non-profit organisations
Like CRIM members, the employees of these organisations benefit from a 20% discount on certain
CRIM services, including training.
Member rates apply to organizations but not the members thereof. Exceptions are made in
cases of signed agreements.
Tax credits for training (Act 90)
Tax measures that apply to CRIM:
- Tax credits for technological adaptation services and experimental Research and Development
activities.
- Your company may be eligible for a provincial tax credit for 40% of your registration
fees.
CRIM Training Centre is recognised by
Emploi-Québec
(No. 0005742):
- Under the Québec government's Programme de crédit d'impôt remboursable, a tax credit program
for training
- Under Act 90 to promote workforce skills development and recognition.
Moreover, CRIM's IT training and transfer Centre is recognised as a Certified Teaching
Institution by Human Resources and Social Development Canada.
