At CRIM membership expiration, member credits cannot be transferred to the following year. This includes course cancellations or postponement, for any reason.

Cancellation

Courses may be transferred to other participants at no charge. However they must be confirmed as quickly as possible. All cancellations must be received by us in writing (email or fax), at the latest, five business days before the course begins. Notifications after this date will be charged administrative fees of 25%. Missed classes are not reimbursable.

Preferential rates

For CRIM members

CRIM members benefit from preferential rates on all CRIM services. This amounts to a 20% discount on all services. Moreover, credits equivalent to the amount of the fee paid are applicable to 50% of all CRIM's projects or services (except hall rentals).

For employees of certain organisations

  • Federal, provincial or municipal ministries and governmental organisations
  • Non-profit organisations

Like CRIM members, the employees of these organisations benefit from a 20% discount on certain CRIM services, including training.

Member rates apply to organizations but not the members thereof. Exceptions are made in cases of signed agreements.
