Advance notice
- Rooms should be booked at least 48 hours in advance. We are unable, however, to guarantee
availability (“first come, first served”). It is thus advisable to book as far as possible in
advance.
- You may also wish to provide us with your annual calendar of events. In that case, we will
reserve the rooms you need for the dates in question. However, we will reconfirm the dates 15 days
in advance.
Opening/closing times
Our facilities are open from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. These hours can be
extended if prior arrangements are made.
Catering service
- If CRIM is taking care of the catering arrangements, it will select a caterer based on the
client’s budget.
- Charges for refreshments (if requested by the client) will be calculated based on the number of
participants.
- Breakfast charges of $4.25/person will be automatically added to the price of all rooms rented
prior to 10:00 am.
Equipment and supplies
- The material resources team will be solely responsible for organizing logistics and equipment
for the scheduled activities in order to optimize the space and services required by the
client.
- The organization of events requiring the use of all meeting rooms must be approved in advance
by the material resources manager.
Payment of rental charges
All rental charges (including equipment, catering, etc.) must be paid within 30 days of receipt
of the invoice.
Contract
The reservation form, which constitutes a contractual agreement, must be completed by the
client. Any modifications must be submitted to the material resources manager at
salles@crim.ca.
Cancellation policy
Rental charges will not be billed if notice of cancellation is provided at least 48 hours prior
to the event. If notice is provided less than 48 hours prior to the event, 50% of the total rental
charges will be billed.
