About CRIM

ADNOTARE - Collection of tools for collaborative annotation

ADNOTARE: Collection of tools to build annotation platforms including VESTA and PACTE. The platforms built from these tools will help researchers to create and consolidate faster banks of knowledge and data from multimedia content by the automation of the annotation work and by facilitating interaction between the various groups working on the same data. The ultimate goal of this project is to create an innovative web portal that can respond to the needs in data analysis in various fields of research, from natural sciences to engineering to social sciences.

Research platforms

Created as part of CANARIE-funded projects, the research platforms developed by CRIM are available on the CANARIE's Research Software Portal, which gives access to a range of platforms and software services to researchers in order to accelerate discovery.
