Personalized product recommendations for clients of L'Oréal Canada


CRIM has realized a project whose objective was to offer L'Oréal Canada clients personalized product recommendations based on an advanced analysis of their spending patterns and client profile. This works uses techniques of artificial intelligence to give clients suggestions based on their profile, preferences and the range of available products. 

A recommendation system was thus developed for the different brands that make up the L'Oréal Group, in an omnichannel context, using machine learning techniques and big data analysis and data science to extract spending patterns and trends.
