About CRIM

S3I project, intelligent industrial inspection station


Summary: The S3I project aimed at developing a visual inspection station for small plastic objects and was lead by the I.C. Vision de Montréal firm. In partnership with the Département de Génie de la production automatisée de l'École de Technologie Supérieure, CRIM overhauled the image acquisition and processing module.

Partner: This project was funded in part by the Alliance Precarn-CRIM program.
