Computer graphics and augmented reality

In conjunction with our services of vision and image processing, our team also supplies an expertise in computer graphics including physical simulation, image synthesis and 3D animation. These combined skills allow us, in particular, to develop customized interactive applications of augmented reality. This discipline consists in integrating virtual 2D or 3D objects, in real-time, to a sequence of real world images. This supplies the user with a richer visual experience as real scenes are combined with synthetic objects that the user can interact with. Be it for pleasure or practical purposes, augmented reality finds applications in several areas: publicity, video games, television, filmmaking, education, health and industry (conception, telerobotics, maintenance, etc.).
