Anne-Marie Larose

Mrs Anne-Marie Larose is the President and CEO of Aligo Innovation, a university research commercialization company in Québec. Aligo commercializes the intellectual property assets of its partner institutions. She was in charge of the creation of Aligo through the merge of Valeo Management and MSBi Valorisation.

Mrs Larose holds a Master’s and a Doctoral degree in molecular and cellular biology from Université Laval and a Master’s degree in Bio-industries from Université du Québec à Montréal. She began her career by participating in the development of the startup, Geneka Biotechnology. She then worked as the commercial attaché to the Consulate of Great Britain in life sciences and biotechnologies and was a senior consultant for Innovitech before specializing in the development and commercialization of university technologies with Univalor. Before joining Aligo, she held the position of Director of Business Development at Héma-Québec.

Mrs Larose brings more than twenty years of diverse experience in innovation, combining both research and business development.
