Hélène Chartier

Engineer by training, Hélène stands out by her unique strategic approach based on a combination of business development, marketing, business intelligence and communications. Driven by innovation, she has worked in start-ups and in large enterprises that all had in common their commitment to transforming their industry through the use of technology. She has occupied positions in North America, Europe and Africa.
Helene has been Executive Director of QG100 Network since April 2017.
From 2006 to March 2017, she has been Vice-President of Go-to-Market and Strategy at TELUS Health and Payment Solutions, a fully-owned subsidiary of TELUS that has invested more than 1.7 billion $ over 10 years on harnessing the power of information to improve health outcomes for Canadians.
Prior to joining the TELUS team, she held a variety of senior sales and marketing positions at Alcatel and with Canadian start-ups in the field of optics, telecommunications and RFID.
Ms. Chartier holds a B.Eng. in Electrical Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal and a Master in Business Administration from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France. She sits on the Board of Directors of the Campus des technologies de la santé (CTS) and is presently following the continuous education program from the Institute of Corporate Directors (icd).
