Timea joined CRIM in January 2019 as a knowledge representation specialist in natural language processing.
She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science Engineering  and a European Masters in Computational Logic (EMCL). Timea worked as a research assistant at the KRDB Research Center for Knowledge and Data in Bolzano, Italy, focusing on ontology engineering, semantic web technologies and knowledge representation and reasoning tools. During her doctorate at the Technical University of Delft, in the Netherlands, she was part of a robot-assisted search and rescue project, applying ontological reasoning for human-robot teaming. Lately she worked with a drone company as an R&D specialist.
Her main areas of interest are knowledge representation and reasoning, ontology engineering, natural language understanding and logics.
