André Lapointe, M.A.Sc.

(M.A.Sc., Software Engineering, UQAM, 2004)

As Director Technologies in an applied information technology (IT) research centre where artificial intelligence is at the heart of its practice, Mr. Lapointe seeks to stimulate innovation in organizations by means of IT. Mr. Lapointe holds a master’s degree in software engineering and was a consultant with travel companies and university research centres for over eight years before joining CRIM in 2012. His areas of interest are vast and include web architectures, emerging technologies, data science, artificial intelligence and software engineering.
