Since joining CRIM in 1995, Marc Lalonde has worked on diverse subjects such as document analysis, biometrics, colour ophthalmic imaging, video analysis, industrial inspection and intelligent video surveillance. He actively contributes to the development of vision algorithms for industrial and research projects. Additionally, he is responsible for managing source code generated by the team. He also provides technical support relating to development.

Marc Lalonde has more than 20 years of experience in the design and development of pattern recognition software for computer vision applications. His M.A.Sc. project was on the use of artificial neural networks in signature verification.
