Qualifications Québec

Skills recognition (SR) is at the heart of Qualifications Québec's (Q2) mission. Q2 welcomes, informs and accompanies anyone wishing to have their skills recognized, and offers consulting services in this area to various organizations and stakeholders. As the universal, free one-stop shop for CR in Quebec, Q2 is also responsible for disseminating and updating its information portal, the cornerstone of its services. In addition, Q2 fulfills the role of coordinator assigned to it by the Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Francisation et de l'Intégration with its partners in the education, employability and immigration sectors, as well as with regulatory bodies and specialized community organizations.
