Geosapiens inc.

For around ten years, our team has been working on the development of new operational flood risk management tools. Our objectives are to simplify the information generated by hydrological and hydraulic models, and to develop models for assessing vulnerability and exposure to flood hazards. Our work carried out at the National Institute of Scientific Research (INRS) has given rise to new models for dynamic mapping of flood risks and to a first tool, GARI (Flood Risk Management and Analysis). He is at the origin of Geosapiens' flagship product: E-NUNDATION.

From the first public presentations of E-NUNDATION, interest in this tool from public and private organizations has been keen. This motivated us, in 2017, to form Geosapiens in order to respond to a real need in our society.
